Given the Liar-in-Chief's track record of always saying the opposite of the truth, clearly Mueller didn't uncover most of the LIC's crimes. There must be dozens, maybe hundreds of impeachable crimes the POTUS has committed, both before and in office, that have not been discovered. He says so.
