I was a SAHM but I too have loved some good babysitters/daycare providers/preschool teachers.  Many I have known were dedicated and hardworking people who just wanted to make a living, in fact those who had young kids would much rather have been home with their own kids than babysitting other people's kids.  It wasn't the reward of the career that kept them there, it was financial necessity.[/quote]
