Capable of making a good salary means you currently don’t and he is carrying the burtso you can have time with the kids.  He is also a guy and this may not be PC but a guy doesn’t want his wife more successful than him so he has added pressure to make partner. The simple solution to those 5 minutes is to text and ask when he is available. [/quote]
