However, his neighbor said he suffered from back pain and had surgery not that long ago. Perhaps a complication from that, or meds related to that? I understand the speculation about smoking and/or drinking, because he did look quite weathered for his age (DH and his friends are a few years older and look much younger), but there are no official reports about that.[/quote]
