They don't own that house or not fully. Some other guy does. They refer to him as a business partner. PK filed for bankruptcy in the US a few years ago and apparently has debts in the UK that they refuse to discharge. Dorit doesn't own her swimwear line either. She supposedly did not pay investors and a friend of one publicly confronted her during the show's filming.
