I know several kids who do a prep class and they do score high but the top top scorers I know do not attend these classes. They are very busy with sports/band/chores. I am sure prep classes can help boost your score. It can help make sure a bright kid scores at her top potential ensuring she can access the enriched classes. But it can't propel an otherwise average kid into those classes. [/quote]
