It’s closer than you think. Sorry you think we’re poor, but we’re not. Average HHI is $155K in Kentlands (https://properties.kimcorealty.com/properties/1762/).

Bethesda’s and Potomac’s avg HHI is $185K.

But yet you live in Gaithersburg/Germantown, congrats?
