No. Do you have police standing at the checkout while you are buying groceries to ensure you pay taxes on the purchase? Of course not. Don't be obtuse. These transactions should be taxed like every other...just increase the tax and set aside that money for border wall and security.

Tax how?  There is a tax on all groceries. That’s easy. But taxing all remittances to Mexico?  How to they tax it if I go to the bank and get a cashiers check addressed to random person A and mail it?  If someone sets up a bank account in a third country where I send money. How exactly do you police Apple apay?  PayPal?
