Probably not. When it happened to Creigh Deeds some things happened for a while ( more beds were made available for emergency mental health treatment). Until it happens repeatedly to some important people nothing will change. That’s what it looks like. [/quote]

His son also, tragically, died. So, Creig Deeds working on getting his son long term treatment was not something that Mr Deeds had to coordinate.

His son had a good life and didn’t abuse his dad I don’t think. But when he started having severe problems there weren’t even any beds for him in the hospital.[/quote]
