I am 47 and 5’4”. I was 120 and a size 4-6 when I married 25 years ago. I’m now 160 pounds. I’m in early menopause and it’s hell trying to stay in shape. I tried phenpro and it was miserable so I won’t go back . I tried a transformation diet and it was so restrictive it made me binge on everything I couldn’t have once I got down to 145. I’m now at 160 and a size 10. I don’t know what to try next. My goal would be to get to an 8 and be at 145, but I basically have to,give up EVERYTHING to get there. I hate thinking about my weight every, single, freaking day.
Why, just why? Why phenpro? You are not 300lbs, you are 160 lbs. Yes, overweight, but why aren't you happy? My grandma was overweight in hips and whatnot, nobody ever said a word and we loved, loved her. Nobody likes a skinny grandma. I am your age, and not 160, but still, I feel that you should not be beating yourself up. No man does, they say, I earned it and I ate it and they don't obsess. Look at Leonardo diCaprio, do think he cares he looks like a pudgy German? No, nor is he shamed in Hollywood. Please don't give up everything. Why do we allow society to cause us so much pain?
