Flint Hill is not in McLean. Here's the tranfer OUT rates for the McLean Schools. Kent Gardens has 10 more than the next highest school.

I don't have time for this spinning-with-statistics stuff.

First the comparison population is defined as the Top 100 schools, which is NOT "all ES in northern Virginia", and then the comparison population is defined as the ES in McLean.

If you have a beef with the principal, just state it that way.  Don't try this spinning-with-statistics approach.[/quote]
