+1 Carole and Dorinda have lost husbands and Dorinda, especially is quick to remind everyone that she "BURIED HER HUSBAND" if anyone else expresses any relationship pain.  I am specifically thinking about the way Dorinda belittled Lu and Sonya with regard to their former marriages.  These women know that Dennis, regardless of the on/off nature of their relationship, meant something to Bethenny.  They are also media savvy enough to know that  people, magazines, media, etc will be looking at their social media profiles to see if they have some kind of a response.  I agree the photo is tone deaf and insensitive at best (and that is being generous), spiteful/hateful at worst.  [/quote]

Bethenny wasn't married to him, and may not even have been dating him now. I believe they made public statements of condolence (or at least Carole did) as soon as the news hit. I don't think they owe it to anyone to do more. [/quote]
