Actually, MS-13 was "born" right here in the United States and the gang has been known to recruit legal US citizens with family in Central America, because the family allows them to be coerced while their citizenship protects them from ICE. So, no, not all gang members are undocumented, or the children of undocumented immigrants. Quite the opposite. [/quote]
