[/quote] Highly unlikely to be from foster care. The child is a newborn. It takes time to adopt from foster care; parents have the right to work a case plan, birth relatives get priority, and parental rights need to be terminated in court. And if she hadn't officially adopted the baby I don't think she would have presented it as such. I am guessing it's a private adoption.[/quote]
