[/quote] I'm the same and DH eats this way too. BTW, I am not skinny at all, more like thin and curvy with an average BMI at 5'7" and 140. I have maintained this weight for 15 years. My weekend schedule is the same as the PP, on weekdays I eat a light breakfast, heavy lunch (chipotle, kebabs, indian food, burger, thai food, or large salad) and only eat dinner about 1 time per week. The other nights I have nothing or may just have a latte or snack. [/quote]
