[/quote] Nice try, but you have it backwards. You wouldn't have a job "managing" engineers (if that's what you do) if the engineers didn't design and build a good product. Engineers can do management better than (non-technical) managers can do engineering. Putting some MBA who doesn't know shit about designing and building things in charge of an engineering company is a recipe for disaster.[/quote]
