Not for jaywalking, drunk in public or something like that. [/quote] P.S. Sometimes it worked against us because witnesses are often criminals. We would ask ICE to hold them until after trial and they would refuse. The witness would be deported and the murderer/rapist would get off. ICE is not the smartest of the law enforcement agencies.
