This seems to be widespread. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/01/02/us/international-enrollment-drop.html DACA is also down according to a friend at UMD.[/quote][/b] Actually not true, overall international applications are down 3%, however they are UP 15% in Computer science and engineering. There is less interest in other fields.
