What really brings good teachers to a school is having a supportive principal and engaged parents. It's the type of environment that the previous two principals really managed to cultivate and the reason that Haycock became so attractive. By actively opposing no-cost activities that are supported by both parents and teachers, the principal is now intentionally tearing apart a good school.[/quote]
