We are looking for a community similar to ours in Rockville--easy access to metro, good walking/biking trails, many working families, ability to commute up or down county relatively easily. But we don't love the layout of our house--we are in a classic Rockville split level with no larger space for our kids to hang out or run around. We have a large yard but it's on a hill. We don't have a garage. It would be nice to live in a community that is a bit more cohesive with more kids playing together, a central playground/park/pool, etc. [/quote] Can you define easy access to metro? Does that mean 10 minutes walking? Or is it ok to be a 15-minute bus ride with a 5-minute walk to the bus?[/quote]
