I'd back out of the divorce and go live in the country where DH was posted first. I'd make such a fuss he'd see it was in his best interest to help me get on my feet again. I'd hold out for a few years, at least until I didn't have to foot daycare expenses for 2 kids. I really wish I could help you, OP.
