+1.  It’s ok to not want kids, it’s ok to want to dial back for kids, it’s ok to be unsure at 33, but if you decide you want both a big, demanding career and kids, there are ways to do that too.  Takes some careful thought and planning to have the right resources but one amazing thing is the extent to which women are willing to share tips and help each other.  [/quote]
