Hogan's action was to reward campaign donors by overextending state regulation into education in a manner that has nothing to do with educating students, just rewarding beach businesses. He spent NO energy improving schools and only worked to inappropriately hold back cap funds already collected/allocated to schools to improve infrastructure. So its just fine with Hogan if kids are in rooms with failing HVAC as long as his beach business buddies get some kick backs. Worst type of politician. [/quote]
