jTrump depends on you Rs not being able to read. I didn't say I used subsidies. In fact, I never have. I have never taken out loans from the gov't. I paid my own college. No parents, no gov't. I'm 100% sure you can't say the same.

Unlike you greedy Rs, I have compassion for other people and the environment. Let me spell it out. Once the subsidies are gone, more people will drive. That will ruin the environment even more for the present and for my  kid's generation. Capiche?[/quote]

Didn’t you read anything in this thread?  According to the fiscal report of DC Metro, only 27% of their revenue comes from fares.  The major employer who gives out free passes is the government agencies in DC, as mandated by agency policy, and they don’t care if it’s tax deductible, because they don’t pay taxes.  Have you found on this board a single non-government employee of a for profit who gets a free metro pass?  Stop foaming at the mouth.[/quote]
