Wow, you have never been to a FCB practice then. There is a strict 1:12 coach player ratio that I have never seen broken. Players walk in single file behind their coach to and from the field. Players are not even released unless the child acknowledges their parent. There is no chaos, no kids not doing the drills. You truly have no clue what your are talking about.

It doesn't matter how long they have been training elsewhere, elsewhere is not here and not these kids. What magical transformation do you expect to take place in four months time? WTF, do you somehow think FCB is bringing some kind of Matrix technology where they just plug soccer knowledge, touches and training into these kids heads? you are the type of moron who thinks "I took my kid to a shooting a finishing clinic for two weeks over the summer and now I expect my kid to be the teams leading scorer. There are no shortcuts or quick fixes in anything so to judge how a program is doing after four months is ludicrous. [/quote]

If you read the entire post, i was talking about how other local clubs handle their academy style training sessions.

Based on reading the posts from parents that said they were part of FCB Escola, I would have expected better.  If you're training 2-3 times per week, let's say 1.5 hours per session, assuming 4 weeks in 1 month, that is 36-54 hours of training.  Not a lot of training, sure, but certainly enough that the teams would look cohesive.  Some parents said the kids came from all over the area and had already done travel soccer, so you can assume some level of competence.  Are you saying that after 4 months of training you were expecting zero progress? Doesn't sound logical.[/quote]
