No, I had a corporate job for around 15 years but when my oldest reached middle school I decided I wanted to be closer to home and we could afford it. But, I really wanted to work and I first joined the board of the non-profit and then became an employee because I really liked the mission. It's really a good balance for me because I like the work, I stay in my kids orbit and I have time to take care of managing our lives. I know how lucky I am.[/quote]
