This may be the intent of the discussion (wealthier DC residents using fake addresses) but it becomes a witch hunt against those of lesser means, and creates a climate of suspicion that's not cool. I also have difficulty getting worked up about address cheating, but get more upset about the out-of-state cheating which impacts other city services, not just schools.[/quote]
