[/quote] We are talking about RMIB specifically. That is a prestigious program as are most of the test-in magnet programs. This is off topic, but I don't know how else one would identify "gifted" students if not for the the testing process. Isn't that why most universities look at SAT scores and GPAs, and put a heavy weight on them?[/quote]
