Sorry but Devos is actually correct on this one.

Colleges should not be mandated by the federal government to deprive students of their due process rights. Every citizen in this country, even murderers, has this right.  Colleges are not skilled enough or equipped to properly deal with and investigate a sexual assault accusation. Universities should never be in the business of investigating and trying sexual assault. Any allegations of sexual assault should be turned over to the authorities. Period.[/quote]
