No, but OP might have a more compelling case for primary or even sole custody if the child turns out to be his and he can produce evidence of the affair.

OP's wife is pregnant.  By engaging in sex with a man who is not her husband, she is potentially exposing their unborn child to diseases, many of which could pose a serious health risk to the child.  Since she and her lover both know she is pregnant, it is possible that they have not been practicing safe sex.  Even if they are practicing safe sex, condoms are not particularly effective against some STDs.

I believe that her behavior demonstrates a degree a recklessness vis a vis the health of their unborn child that should be introduced during the custody hearings.[/quote]
