Agree. People tell themselves the same sort of untrue bias-affirming "facts" about fat people and their laziness and lack of discipline that bigots and racists use to justify their ugly beliefs.

I hire people for their minds and their people skillls and their ability to deliver. Thin people don't have any innate ability to do their jobs well. In fact, I have had as many many jelly and performance issues with skinny folks as with fat.

And no, I am not fat myself. But I have fat family members and fat friends and their demons are no different than anyone else's.[/quote]
