We are very grateful he had his choice of several great VA state schools.[/quote] This is what we're counting on if DS doesn't get into VA Tech (no interest in W&M or UVA). He would probably need maybe $8-12K/year at an OOS public to make it affordable, which should be doable at some schools. We're willing and able to pay a little more to allow him to pursue a decent program in the major he wants.[/quote]
