Be honest. Folks demanding names are more interested in scandal-mongering or revenge shaming for not getting your top lottery pick. Do you have no regard for the children involved? Why shame them?

Kaya pulled the strings. OK? Kaya made the decisions. She's the one who's responsible and she's gone. Wilson has been given clear instructions not to repeat her actions.

This case does not constitute corruption. It's not like campaign donations and PAC shenanigans (looking at you, Muriel and Vince).

Unless there's value in naming everyone in the city who ever got a spot OOB or committed fraud in the last 10 years, why the obsession with opening these 7 families' personal files? Because they might be "powerful"? Ick.
