We do not even know how many were interviewed. All we know is the number of applications. Lots of people apply for jobs and accept other jobs before they are even interviewed. We do not know how many offers were turned down because other jobs were accepted. There is a lot we do not know. If you are going to use this study as an example, please pay for it and share the data with us.[/quote]
