It said that Black candidates had more experience and more advanced degrees. But, we still don't know if they were applying for the same jobs. We still don't know if there were other variables: poor references, poor grammar, poor whatever. The GMU study relied only on data on paper. I doubt they had access to interview results. [/quote]
