OPM studied this and found that the best Federal workers were ISFJs.  These are people who are introverted, kind, and extremely responsible.  Some people who were ISFJs include Robert E. Lee, George Marshall, Mike Pence, and Rosa Parks.  Not exactly what one would label as "betas".  [/quote]
