No one was negligent. It just....Happened. [/quote] +1. This is exactly it. Everyone knows kids have died drowning in pools and getting hit by cars. Thus, we are vigilant as caregivers in identifying and mitigating those risks around water and vehicles. To my knowledge, this is the first such death in a rotating restaurant. It was not foreseeable. [/quote]
