Baltimore?  Carlson's interview reminded me of what Baltimore was v what it is now.  Over 1m people now about 630k.  Does City Council think influxes of illegals in schools and the neighborhoods will solve the murder and crime problems?  Can the MOCO, DC, PG and FX cty illegals be relocated to Baltimore?
