All these homes were on the market last summer and fall and did not selll. They are in the 600s. Everything in fallswood and rockshire seddlewood etc is selling for less than 700

So that's three homes in a very small part of that area for under $700k in the beginning of the year.  And I'd expect there to be more than five to six homes available in that range throughout the year, especially around spring or summer.[/quote]

As I said before. 2 homes in the last year sold in that price range. The original point was actually about homes in the $625k to $650k range. One of the homes you linked to is pending. You don't know what the actual price was. You probably don't know that it is under contract at under $700k.[/quote][/quote]
