[/quote] It wasn't an accident. They were negligent and I would be furious. I'm not sure what you can do about it. I'd never leave another animal with them. I'm so paranoid when I leave my pets while on vacation. Even my vet says that you'd be surpised how many pets come in injured, sick (or reported missing) while under the care of pet sitters. I leave strict instructions when we leave and make clear that they are to be followed to the letter, and we pay well. So far (Knock on wood) we've been lucky. I'm so, so sorry.[/quote]
