Yikes.  I don't know what the MD regs on summer camps are, but I do know that the DC regs for summer camps and after-school care are MUCH laxer than childcare/preschool/DCPS.  I wonder if they even have to do background checks?  [/quote]

I forgot to add that he might have been a juvenile for that case but not sure.  If he was and that arrest was reported naming him someone is in trouble and he will lawyer up and sue them  [/quote]

The article jays it was July 2015, so he would have been a minor.
