I've heard it is a pretty amazing show. However, there was an interesting letter to the editor in the WAPO (today maybe?) by someone named Burr (seriously!) that questioned some of the facts. ions/quit-believing-alexander-hamiltons-lies-about-aaron-burr/2017/01/05/c3a499f4-d2d5-11e6-9651-54a0154cf5b3_story.html?utm_term=.d3221bdf1f27#comments
Yes, the dude's name is Jorin Burr and most likely he is related to Burr ( but not directly since there are no direct descendants) He is dead wrong about Hamilton since what he said about him was true than it wasn't "all lies" Also, George Washington and Thomas Jefferson didn't trust Burr either. Hamilton was the one who never shied away from sharing his feelings and really wrote a lot so we know what he was thinking. Aaron Burr has got to be one of the worst people in America. Everyone should read Chernow's book as it describes in detail all his misdeeds. He lived to aged 80 and never said he regretted killing Hamilton! He didn't care about the seven orphans or making Eliza a widow. Married a wealthy women ( Eliza Jumel ) only for her money but, she discovered it and divorced him. Arrested for treason. Started up the Manhattan company supposed to help with water in nyc but it was secretly a bank. Had no moral compass and said and did whatever to get into power. Had no moral compass. Total loser.
