Middleburg, Upperville, Round Hill, Purcellville, Bluemont, etc. Completely different than the suburban Loudoun County that's more or less east of 15. At one point (about 10 years ago) there was a movement to separate east and west Loudoun into two different counties, with the western Loudoun county seat in Purcellville, but obviously it didn't gain enough traction.
