Jen's income. Let's talk about this. In years past, during her hay day, she had TV deals, book deals, and was always on speaking tours. She was rolling in cash. These days it's a lot of product shilling and her podcast ad revenue and the occasional TV appearance on the Sherri Show and a few speaking appearances here and there. Plus the MeCourses she produces then sells. And the Book Club. Sort of evergreen with that, a smart strategy honestly. But there are upfront costs. Any new book deal will come with an advance but she hasn't even hinted at anything yet. No new TV deals by the looks of it. She might make a few thousand dollars for the Sherri Show plus expenses. Same for the occasional speaking appearance. Let's say she makes $25K a year from TV appearances and speaking appearances. She might make a few thousand dollars a year on the promo code stuff. Let's be generous and say $100K. The podcast is a mystery. Some people in the know about the podcast world say she is probably pulling in some serious cash with that given her metrics. I don't know. Let's say it's $200K a year. The MeCourses now. Let's say she sells 2000 courses a year at $50 a pop on average. That's another $100K. The Book Club. She makes a little per subscription every month. Let's say $10K, or $120K a year. Around 545K in total, a nice living for sure. Then there's overhead. Her "staff" and the fees she pays to the people who ship her books and the publishers cut for the Book Club books. Plus she has to produce the MeCourses and pay her experts. And she has to pay her publicists and agent, etc. She might clear 300K a year if she's lucky. Again, no bad at all.
