I don't remember this at all, but that may be because I assumed he was lying. I feel like Little Finger genuinely cares (cared) about Catlyn and Sansa, even if it is probably in a selfish/possessive sort of way. I think he wants Sansa to marry him because of his feelings for her mother and her and because marrying within the Tully family is a sign of his success as he measured it in childhood.[/quote]

You can google the clip of Cersei and Little Finger talking in this scene... but Cersei def tells him that he can be wardon of the north if she gets Sansa's head on a stake. [/quote]
