Here are the facts as reported by the police department. It's for the shyster poster insisting that "no one here knows the facts as determined by law enforcement." The shyster poster is dead wrong and he knows it.

Too many people here care about those two dead kids. And yes, they also care about the driver who was provided the alcohol by the parent at the underaged drinking party.

That North Potomac parent who hosted the drinking party is the one who really needs to go to jail, just as another poster already said. Until that happens, more MoCo kids are sure to die this tragic death.

Time to fix the laws that protect these criminal parent party hosts. They need to know jail time awaits them if they host HS drinking parties for minors.
