Unfortunately, this is the same minimum bar for most police departments in the country these days. Low education and low IQ minimums unfortunately make any average educated American smarter than the random police officer. And we all know that low self esteem dullards use violence as a first response to try to cover up their blatant deficiencies.[/quote]
