[/quote] Police officers are certified by the state law enforcement certification agency and as part of that are trained and supposed to stop to render aid. ICE is totally different and is not really LEO, not verified in the state process or subject to the same training requirements. In addition. He didn’t stop to render aid so that’s a moot point.[/quote]
