For those in the know, would BB's job have a fairly regular schedule or would shifts change too?

I get why an AP kind of fit with Christine's work schedule but huge risk to have girl in the basement in a house with a cheater. Especially when they will both be home at times you may not be. What do other nurses do for childcare?

IME sometimes if people don't leave they overcompensate in degree of denial. Terrible situation for her and so unhealthy for the child, even before the killings.

She comes from an LEO family. The values are just....different. Lots of pressure on the women to support their man "no matter what." To excuse lots of inexcusable behavior because "LEO families stick together." So much trauma bonding. Always living on the edge of fear that your hubby will be killed in the line of duty. Lots of "keeping your mouth shut" so as to not jeopardize the LEO officer's career.

I've known several nurses from LI and to a one they were super codependent and had terrible taste in men. Lovely warm, friendly women, but low self esteem for sure. The match with LE seems to be a common one.

In some of her IG photos Christine looks quite sad. It must have been lonely. With the last few months a struggle.

All of the above should still not have cut her life short. Dude is a monster and the AP likely egged him on.

He jeopardized his own career to an astonishing degree. What middle class career path is still open to him? Think OJ, even acquitted he was shunned. With any luck, LE will have a better case here. If released before retirement age, what then?

What is known of his family? Was he an only? An enabled golden child? [/quote]
