I’m a teacher if someone told me x has a gun in his pocket that kid would be searched or I would be taking a half day. My understanding is that staff asked and they didn’t search the pockets. The school has some culpability. Imagine it were a teenager and the principal was told Karla has a gun in her locker and it turned out the gun was in her purse. The school has the responsibility to thoroughly check.[/quote]
